Turmeric — FarmPal
Golden anti-inflammatory root used in cuisines and medicines worldwide.
Curcumin has strong anti-inflammatory properties demonstrated in hundreds of studies. However, the major caveat is extremely poor bioavailability standard turmeric powder delivers almost no curcumin to the bloodstream. Formulations with piperine (black pepper) or lipid carriers increase absorption 15-20x.
